This was the final project for my college course in recording that got pushed back by an entire year due to the pandemic. Much of the recording was rushed and done in 2 straight days and nights of panicked sleepless fervour. As imperfect as it is, it is mine, and that can never be taken away from me. I will likely release another album soon after Christmas.

The albums title comes from a discussion with one of my teachers, Adam Fulton, where I was describing the feeling of stress during the process of recording the album as a "Slow Concussion". The name stuck.
